Textures don't align (Using 3DS Max)

I'm sorry to post this here, as this is mainly a 3DS Max problem. But I'm hoping someone here could point me into the right direction as to why this is happening. Essentially, as shown in the picture, my wall is made up of 3 cubes as to open a door way. It was the easiest way for me to do this. However, when I apply the texture to this , each cube now holds the texture separately. Can someone tell me how to fix this ? ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/51755-untitled-1.jpg
